Ready in less that 10 minutes with just a handful of ingredients, these are quick, easy and cheap -- perfect for busy midweek snacks or light meals. If you're using an oven instead, bake them in a pre-heated fan oven for 12 - 15 minutes at 180ºC.

Ingredients
1 bagel
2 tbsp Pizza sauce/tomato purée
Handful shredded mozzarella
Pepperoni slices
Dried oregano
Basil, to garnish
Method
Slice your bagel in half and spread 1 heaped tbsp of pizza sauce over each half.
Sprinkle a handful of shredded mozzarella over each half and top with pepperoni slices (or whatever you like). Finish with a pinch of dried oregano.
Bake in the air fryer for 6 minutes at 200°C until crisp, golden and bubbling.
Top with fresh basil.
