Ingredients
60g butter, room temperature
2 tbsp runny honey
2 tbsp tahini
Flaked sea-salt
Method
In a small bowl, break up the room temperature butter with a spoon so it's smooth and there are no lumps
Add in the honey and tahini and mix
Take a generous pinch of good quality, flaked sea salt (I like Maldon) and stir through until everything comes together
Pour into a small container to set in the fridge. I like to sprinkle extra salt on top once it's set
