Salted tahini and honey butter

Proven to increase banana bread (or any food really...) experience by 100%

Total time to make : 5 minutes

Servings : Need not apply (8 tbsp)


60g butter, room temperature

2 tbsp runny honey

2 tbsp tahini

Flaked sea-salt



  1. In a small bowl, break up the room temperature butter with a spoon so it's smooth and there are no lumps

  2. Add in the honey and tahini and mix

  3. Take a generous pinch of good quality, flaked sea salt (I like Maldon) and stir through until everything comes together

  4. Pour into a small container to set in the fridge. I like to sprinkle extra salt on top once it's set
