There's nothing more frustrating than trying to pick and peel labels from jars, new mixing bowls or cooking utentils. Especially if you'll be using them to gift to somebody! This is a really good hack to use so that labels come off easily with no sticky glue residue.
Total time : 10 minutes
Ingredients
1 sink full of hot water
A good squirt of washing up liquid (the good shit, I like Fairy Original (green))
4 - 6 tbsp white vinegar
Method
Fill your sink with hot water and add in the washing up liquid and white vinegar. Put the jars/bowls/utensils in the sink to soak for 5 - 10 minutes
Remove from the sink and the labels should easily slip or scrape off, use a stainless steel scourer for anything stubborn
