300g frozen* blueberries
1 banana, fresh or frozen*
250ml milk of choice
120g cottage cheese
2 tbsp honey
2 scoops whey, I used vanilla

Add everything to a blender or NutriBullet and blitz until smooth.
6g fat, 56g carbs, 30g protein
Good to know:
Frozen blueberries/banana gives a thicker texture. If using fresh fruit, add some ice cubes for the same effect
Substitute cottage cheese for greek yogurt with a squeeze of lemon for that tangy flavour
If you don't love bananas, use 2x medjool dates for a sweet touch
Salt is a bit of an odd addition but it's not a typo! It helps cut through the sweetness and enhance the flavours. Just a pinch is great and makes a huge difference!
