How to: Pipe a buttercream rose

My very favourite - the buttercream rose. This is a surprisingly simple style but has a stunning effect, especially when done on several cupcakes or even an entire cake. In this video I share all of the tips and tricks I've picked up along to way to create that perfect buttercream rose. I use the Tumtanm 2D nozzle.

* always eat buttercream at room temperature when it's buttery and soft, not straight from the fridge when it's cold and firm. If you're storing cupcakes or a buttercream cake in the fridge, remove it before serving about 30 minutes before.
