Morning Movement & Sound Healing
Begin your day with an uplifting and awakening vinyasa flow guided by Janet from Nectar Retreats. This all-levels practice will help you move with intention, open your body and quiet your mind, followed by a deeply grounding blend of yin and restorative yoga to bring stillness and restoration to body, mind and soul.
From there, Amy will lead you into a soothing sound bath, using pure quartz crystal bowls, meditation techniques, mantra and intention setting. Supported by props for comfort, you’ll rest, unwind and be guided into deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
Seasonal Spread
Lucy has worked closely with our private chef, India to provide nourishment for the body and soul, celebrating seasonal produce from local farms. India is the Founder of Communi.Table and she believes that cooking is a life skill much forgotten and that food is a tool for connection and community. The retreat will be an abundant lunch spread highlighting the best of the local and seasonal produce, from warm autumnal salads and grains to grazing platters and homemade bakes and cakes.
All dietary needs or allergies can be accommodated, you’ll have space when booking to let us know.
Takeaway boxes will be provided so you can even bring a little of the feast home with you.
Creative Connection
In the afternoon, creativity meets connection with an experience designed to spark your imagination and bring your ideas to life. All materials are provided on the day, plus a take-home kit in your personalised goody bag so the inspiration continues long after the retreat.
