Bend & Bake is back, and we're starting with something really special - a lemon meringue pie. One of those showstopping bakes that looks far more impressive than the effort it takes to make. With a crisp buttery pastry case, a sharp and silky lemon filling and a cloud of golden meringue on top, this is a true classic that never fails to impress.

Packed with tips and tricks that go far beyond this recipe, you can bake along in real time from your own kitchen. This is a beginner-friendly event - whether you're brand new to baking or more confident, we move at a relaxed pace and you can ask questions as we go using our interactive chat.

You'll learn how to:
