Join Lucy in the kitchen creating delicious, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth lemon shortbread biscuits. Dipped in creamy white chocolate and finished with edible flowers that you'll receive in your ritual box (see below). Simple, made special. Packed with tips, tricks and the secrets to creating the perfect shortbread from the classic 3:2:1 shortbread ratios to perfect shapes that don't spread in the oven, that signature uniform golden finish and how to store, freeze and gift them beautifully.

Move Unroll your mat and join Janet for a 20-minute vinyasa flow to ground, energise and reset. Suitable for all levels, accompanied by a specially curated playlist to carry you through the practice.

Restore To close our online retreat, join Amy for a deeply restorative yin practice followed by a live sound bath, designed to carry you into stillness. If you choose the ticket without a Ritual box, we’ll send you a thoughtfully curated preparation guide with everything you’ll need for the morning, including simple alternatives so you can create the same experience using items you already have or can easily source locally.

Your Ritual Box includes

Beautifully curated, hand-selected and wrapped retreat box, posted directly to your door designed to elevate your at-home retreat, with a collection of carefully selected pieces to support your practice, your cooking and your moments of rest.

• Premium organic cotton eye pillow. Filled with dried lavender and linseed grown in Scotland, designed to encourage deep relaxation during your practice or moments of rest. Gently warm in the microwave or chill in the fridge for an extra soothing experience and enjoy for years to come.

• Calm Balm. Handcrafted and infused with calming essential oils of lavender, geranium and ylang ylang to help quiet the mind and create moments of stillness wherever you are.

• British edible flowers. Including rose, marigold and cornflower to beautifully finish the biscuits we’ll create together in the event, with plenty left over to inspire your own creations at home.

• If you’ve chosen the Ritual Box ticket, we’ll carefully pack and deliver it to your chosen UK address.

• 24hrs before we begin, you’ll receive your unique joining link and curated Spotify playlists.

• After the retreat, you’ll receive the full event recording, allowing you to pause, replay and revisit the experience whenever you like, along with continued access to our community chat.
