Event Details: In this online event we'll be creating a spring greens quiche.

Fresh, light and full of seasonal flavour. Packed with tender greens in a rich and creamy filling with a golden, flakey crust. Perfect for a brunch, light lunch or dinner with a dressed side salad.

I'll show you how to create the perfect velvety smooth quiche filling, made with eggs, cream and milk. You'll learn how to prep your vegetables so they don't go soggy during baking and are packed with flavour and how to avoid getting a soggy pastry base. We won't be making the pastry case in this live event, but you'll receive a video cookalong on how to create your own from scratch (including making the dough and blind baking the crust) beforehand OR you can use a pre-bought savoury crust available from supermarkets. You'll also learn how to store your quiche so that it lasts for up to 4 days in the fridge and remains crispy and flakey.

Packed with tips and tricks that will extend far beyond this event, cookalong with me in real time from your own kitchen with an interactive chat box where you can ask any questions throughout the event. This is beginner friendly whether you're new or experienced in the kitchen, we'll move at a very chilled pace. You don't need to turn your video on and everyone who joins will be muted, so it's a safe space to get creative, have some fun and learn something new.
