Masterclass : Pavlova Wreath

This stunning Pavlova wreath makes for a perfect centrepiece at any event. Loaded with an almond infused whipped cream, salted caramel sauce and an abundance of fruits - it's almost (almost...) too pretty to eat. Meringues only have 4-ingredients and they're a bit of a science to create and require patience - but take your time and it's so absolutely worth it!

You can use as many or as few fruit toppings as you like and vary it with the seasons. Try winter berries with melted chocolate or mango and lime with white chocolate in summer. Banana and salted caramel for a banoffee twist, strawberries and cream for a summer spin. The options are endless!
